6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain the right to use pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, and tools.

6.2 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, on our website, and in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3 Third-Party Components

Our work may include third-party components, plugins, or libraries that are subject to their own licenses. You are responsible for complying with these licenses.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We will correct any defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days after project delivery at no additional charge.

Except as expressly stated, our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms that may be integrated into your project.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webintiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project or service in question.

9. Maintenance and Support

Post-launch maintenance and support services are available separately and are not included in the initial project cost unless explicitly stated. These services may include:

• Regular updates and security patches
• Bug fixes and troubleshooting
• Content updates
• Performance optimization
• Technical support

Maintenance and support plans will be outlined in a separate agreement.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose any confidential information shared during the course of our engagement, except as required by law or with your consent.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice. In such cases, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred.

11.2 Termination by Webintiv

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• You breach these Terms
• You fail to provide necessary materials or feedback within reasonable timeframes
• The project scope changes significantly without mutual agreement

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webintiv and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
